On-Site Branding

Branding & Signage Guidelines

WME may install branded materials within the facility subject to the following conditions.

Permitted Materials

Banners, wall signage, floor decals, and center court branding. All materials must be approved by Valinor Sport Center management prior to installation.

Setup & Teardown

WME is responsible for all installation and removal. Branding must be removed and the gym restored to its original condition by May 10.

Property Protection

No adhesives, paints, or materials that may damage flooring, walls, or equipment. All decals must be residue-free upon removal.

Liability

WME assumes full responsibility for any damage resulting from branding installation or removal. Costs for repair will be assessed and billed accordingly.

All pricing reflects development-stage introductory rates and is subject to adjustment as property improvements are completed. Conference room snacks and refreshments will be stocked by Valinor Sport Center and billed to WME at cost. Final invoice will reflect all agreed-upon services. All pricing is exclusive of any applicable taxes.

General Terms

Facility access is exclusive to WME Basketball and its designated athletes, coaches, and staff during reserved hours.

Daily attendance may range from 10 to 25 individuals. Core group of 10–12 athletes and coaches with additional family or guests on select days.

WME is responsible for all branded material installation, maintenance, and complete removal. The gymnasium must be returned to its original condition with no residue or damage.

Conference room snacks and refreshments will be stocked by Valinor Sport Center and charged to WME at cost. Items are replenished as needed throughout the engagement.

Any damage to the facility, equipment, or property resulting from use during the engagement period will be assessed and billed to WME accordingly.

Schedule modifications must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to the full daily rate.
